SECTION 1: STAR MEMBER ELIGIBILITY & APPLICATION

1.1 Eligibility Criteria

Any individual aged 18 years or older, and compliant with the terms herein, may apply to become a Star Member of STARMEDIA.

1.2 Registration Process

Prospective Star Members must complete the online registration via the official STARMEDIA website or authorized platforms.

SECTION 2: STAR MEMBER ACCOUNT POLICIES

2.1 Single Account Restriction

Each Star Member may hold only one (1) active account. Duplicate registrations or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

2.2 Prohibition of Fake Accounts

Star Members shall not:

Register using false identities, fictitious information, or third-party credentials.

Share or misuse another individual’s identity for registration.

Violations will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action by STARMEDIA.

2.3 Promotion Restrictions

Star Members are prohibited from engaging in unsolicited promotions, advertisements, or marketing campaigns on social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Telegram, Instagram) without prior written consent from STARMEDIA.

Breach of this clause may lead to membership revocation and liability for damages.

SECTION 3: RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS OF STAR MEMBERS

3.1 Rights

Star Members are entitled to the following privileges (non-exhaustive list):

Exclusive discounts on STARMEDIA services/products.

Priority access to events, launches, and promotions.

Eligibility for rewards programs and tiered benefits.

3.2 Obligations

Star Members must:

Comply with all applicable laws and digital conduct standards.

Safeguard the confidentiality of fellow Star Members information.

Report suspicious activities or breaches to STARMEDIA promptly.

SECTION 4: TIERED BENEFITS & MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

4.1 Tier Classification

STARMEDIA assigns membership tiers based on factors including but not limited to:

Engagement metrics (e.g., activity frequency, referrals).

Contribution to the STARMEDIA

Adherence to program guidelines.

Each tier grants distinct benefits, including salary incentives, enhanced discounts, and career advancement opportunities.

4.2 Adjustment of Tiers

STARMEDIA reserves the right to modify tier structures, benefits, or eligibility criteria at its sole discretion. Members will receive advance notice of material changes via registered email or in-app notifications.

SECTION 5: GENERAL PROVISIONS

5.1 Termination

STARMEDIA may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this agreement, fraudulent activity, or unlawful conduct.

5.2 Governing Law
